Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in its original condition
• with intact tags
• in its original packaging

Any item returned not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of our error or if the received item is defective.

To request a return, please contact us via our Contact page indicating:

• your order number
• the item(s) concerned
• the reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the instructions to follow.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Ineligible items

We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

• the item has been worn or used
• the item has been washed
• the item no longer has its tags
• the item is not returned in its original packaging
• the request is made beyond the 14-day period

Defective item or order error
