Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products made on the Galibier site.
By placing an order on this site, the customer unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those presented on the site at the time of the order, within the limits of available stock.
We do our best to present the products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may exist, particularly regarding the colors displayed depending on the screens used.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€).
Galibier reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
Delivery charges are indicated separately before the final validation of the order.
4. Order
Any order placed on the site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Once the order is validated and payment accepted, the customer receives an order confirmation.
Galibier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of prior dispute, suspicion of fraud, payment issue, or any other legitimate reason.
5. Payment
Payment is required immediately at the time of the order.
Payments are made via the secure payment methods offered on the site at the time of placing the order.
Galibier does not store the banking information used during payment.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped according to the estimated times indicated on the site.
For your information:
- In the euro zone : 3 to 5 working days
- Outside the euro zone : 5 to 10 working days
The applicable delivery charges are as follows:
- Free delivery for orders over 150 €
- 6.90 € for orders in the euro zone
- 15.90 € for orders outside the euro zone
Delivery times are given as an indication. Galibier cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, customs, or any circumstances beyond its control.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to request a return.
To be accepted, the item must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- with intact tags
- in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return request, the customer must go through the Contact page of the site.
After receiving and verifying the returned item(s), the refund will be made to the original payment method if the return conditions are met.
8. Defective products or incorrect order
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they must contact Galibier via the Contact page as soon as possible.
Each request will be examined on a case-by-case basis to provide an appropriate solution.
9. Liability
Galibier cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of products.
Galibier's liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services, carriers, or means of communication.
10. Personal data
The information collected during the order is necessary for its processing.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the site.
11. Intellectual property
All elements present on the site, including texts, visuals, logos, images, graphics, and content, are the exclusive property of Galibier or are subject to a usage right.
Any reproduction, exploitation, distribution, or use, even partial, without prior authorization, is strictly prohibited.
12. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the applicable law of the country where the shop operates.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
